You will first need to sign up for the services in order to use it. Here are the steps:

  1. Visit the URL and click SIGN UP button on the top right of the page
  2. Enter your email address and click ‘Continue’ button
  3. On the next page you can pick from one of the two options under ‘What’s your role on the team?’
    1. Coach/Manager: You can click ‘+Create Team’ to create your own team
    2. Team Member: You can click ‘Find Team’ to find and join an existing team

Let’s look at both the ‘Roles’ one by one.

  1. Coach/Manager

As a coach or manager, you need to create a team. Here is what you need to do:

  1. Click the button ‘+ Create Team’
  2. You will need to fill a form on  the next page; enter the following details in the Create My Team section:
    1. Team Name (which you can change later)
    2. Sport (select a sport from the drop-down or choose ‘Non-Sport Group’)
  3. In the ‘Create My Account’ section, enter the following information:
    1. Email address
    2. Confirm email address
    3. Password of your choice
  4. Click ‘Continue’
  5. On the next page, you will need to give your location details including Country, Zip/Postal Code, and Time Zone
  6. You will also need to provide your personal information including First Name, Last Name, Birth Month and Year
  7. Check or uncheck the box “Send me occasional TeamSnap news” depending upon whether or not you would like to receive such emails
  8. Check ‘I am not a robot’
  9. Now click ‘+ Create New Team’

This is all you need to do to create a TeamSnap account as a coach manager. Now you can create your team and send invites.

  1. Team Member

Well, honestly, there isn’t much to do here as a Team Member other than wait for the invitation from the coach or manager. To find out whether you have any invitation, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the URL and click SIGN UP button on the top right of the page
  2. Enter your email address and click ‘Continue’ button
  3. Under Team Member click ‘Find Team’
  4. The website will tell you whether you have any pending invitations
  5. If you wish to invite the coach, you can click ‘Invite Your Coach’

Logging in to your TeamSnap account is very easy. Login option is available for the coach or manager as well as the team member. But, for the team member to be able to log in, the coach will need to add them to the account. The Team Member login is not the same as coach/manager TeamSnap login. The Coach will have more account privileges. Here is how you can log in to the TeamSnap account:

  1. Visit the TeamSnap homepage at
  2. Click on the blue LOG IN button on the top (next to green SIGN UP button)
  3. Enter the email address you signed up with and the password you created during sign up
  4. Check ‘Keep me logged in’ if you are using the website on a personal computer
  5. Click ‘Log in’ to access your TeamSnap account

In case you have forgotten your password or username, you can reset it by following the steps below:

  • Click Forgot Password on the login page
