Kodi can be easily managed from its home page which is quite similar in all the platforms you download it in. The setback is that there is no content in the application thus, you have to do it manually. So let’s understand its features and their uses:-
Kodi has the most unique and interesting User Interface compared to its competitors. The home pages take you to various options like Videos, pictures, audio, programs and systems. Step 1 – Click on Settings > Addons > Install from repository > Kodi Addon repository.
Step 2 – You will see addon categories consisting of music, videos, feel, look, subtitles and much more. Click on any one of them and tap on an addon of your choice. Now hit “Install”.
Step 3 – Now add on will be downloaded and you’ll get an enabled notification. You will find your addon in their respective sections.

Step 1 – Go to Settings > File Manager > Add source
Step 2 – Enter your source link of fusion and the name for the repository. It is totally your choice.
Step 3 – Go back to settings > Addons > Install from Zip. Now click on whatever name you have given to it and check the repository.

Control Kodi Through smartphones
Kodi also gives you an option to control the software through your smartphones. Let’s see the procedure to do that.
Step 1 – Go to Services settings > remote control > turn on Allow remote control by programs on other systems. Also visit web server and allow “Remote control via HTTP”.
Step 2 – Head over to Zeroconf > enable “Announce services to other systems”.
Step 3 – Once you are done with all the steps, you can open the remote app and connect Kodi system and smartphone through the same network. Click on Next and Kodi app will look for media centres.
Step 4 – Select your media center and start controlling Kodi through your smartphone.
